Through our workforce mobility platform, non-profits are given a unique opportunity to build self-sufficient workforce development programs that engage with younger audiences and strengthen relationships with employer partners. Especially if employer partners have Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) community engagement initiatives for underrepresented communities or communities with barriers to entry into the workforce. Maximize the ROI on Your Existing Video Assets
Leverage your existing career profile and employer partner videos by integrating them into CareerAtlas. This ensures past and future video investments that showcase local career opportunities and workforce members are fully utilized. Until specific career profile videos are created, use Future Gen's library of over 30,000 careers as a blueprint during the interim and receive video creation support from our partners, who excel at creating fun, engaging videos.
